The Partner is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to acquire new Advisors, clients and promote Insurance products. This includes conducting financial well-being sessions, generating leads, and closing sales. The Partner must have strong interpersonal skills, convincing skills, and presentation skills, and be motivated and target-oriented.
• Conduct various marketing activities like conducting financial well-being sessions both online/offline
• Design strategies for client acquisition activities
• Generate leads
• Achieve lead generation targets
• Promote Life Insurance, health insurance, term insurance, and other savings products.
• Involve in day-to-day operational tasks
• Handle objections
